Delivery

A. General

Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Products. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the Customer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier offered by Les Ateliers Sahin, takes physical possession of the product.

Any shipment of an order will be notified by Les Ateliers Sahin to the Customer by sending an email allowing, if necessary, to follow the delivery.

B. Delivery methods

Deliveries are made by Colissimo, Chronopost and Mondial Relay from Tuesday to Friday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when confirming his Order.

C. Shipping costs

The delivery costs are indicated in € TTC and are the responsibility of the Customers. These costs may vary depending on the weight, volume, nature of the products as well as the carrier, the delivery method and the place of delivery. Delivery costs are notified to Customers when they place an order and can be found in the "Delivery and returns" section of the Site.

D. Customs charges

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount from his local customs office.

E. Delivery locations

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this address must be the residence address of the Customer, a natural person of his choice or a legal person (delivery to his company ). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.

F. Delivery times

Ateliers Sahin deliver Orders within a maximum period of fourteen (14) working days for Delivery in Metropolitan France and twenty (20) working days for International Delivery, this period being counted from the first working day after the confirmation of the order.

In order for these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that they have communicated exact and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street, building, staircase number, access, names and / or intercom numbers, etc.).

Les Ateliers Sahin cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that are not their fault or justified by a case of force majeure (as defined below).

If the Delivery period is exceeded, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sale and obtain, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from his request, reimbursement of the sums paid on the occasion of the Order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Les Ateliers Sahin cannot be held responsible for the harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, only the reimbursement of the Product by Les Ateliers Sahin being possible by transfer to the bank account used for payment or by the issue. of a voucher.

G. Apparent anomaly during delivery

Any apparent anomaly concerning an order (number of units, condition of packaging, etc.) must be indicated precisely (detailed description of the anomaly) by the Customer on the carrier's delivery note, in the presence of the latter. The Customer must immediately inform Les Ateliers Sahin, providing him with any useful evidence (photograph, description of the anomaly, etc.). An apparent anomaly is any anomaly that should normally be detected by a normally attentive and informed consumer. Otherwise, the products will be deemed to have been delivered free from any apparent anomaly. It is therefore up to the Customer to preserve his rights vis-à-vis the carrier under the conditions provided for in Article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code (reasoned confirmation of the anomaly to the carrier by sending a registered letter within 3 days, not including public holidays, following the day of receipt of the products concerned.).
